Master of Philosophy Educational Innovation and Leadership Science

MPhil in Educational Innovation and Leadership Science to offer innovative management, planning, leadership, teaching and learning experiences in education setting in Ghana and Africa. This programme offers a systematic and analytical framework to identify, register, assess and follow diversity of innovations in educational delivery and management in order to reward and disseminate promising experiences based on their tangible results and potential to create new knowledge in education management with industrial relevance and technology infusion.

Entry requirement

An M.A (Education), M.Ed., M.Sc. or a good B.Ed. (1st or 2nd Class) in any discipline; A good pass (60% or above) in Research Methodology and Thesis Writing at the postgraduate or undergraduate level; Submission of a research proposal on an appropriate topic that is relevant to teaching, learning, and administration of the Arts, Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) or General Education; and, at least One-year classroom teaching or school administration experience. Applicants who wish to pursue the MPhil must submit (in about 500 to 700 words) the following: (a) An outline of research proposal (b) statement of purpose
